We are looking for an individual to join our Team as a Customer Care Process Specialist in our Bethlehem, PA Facility.
Customer Care Process Specialist is an individual who is responsible for managing a project’s lifecycle-initiation, planning, execution, control, and closure. Looking for an individual who will regularly communicate with the customer care manager to identify training needs. Will manage all aspects of brokered installations and authorized services, service invoice processing, preventative maintenance completion, etc., ensuring that administrative processes are executed to meet budget, delivery, and quality standards. Develop and publish key business reports for ongoing continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
